SALUTE is a 56 meter 2008 luxury cutter rigged sailing yacht built by Perini Navi and designed by Perini and Ron Holland. Perini Navi is an Italian company often considered worldwide leaders in the design and construction of luxury cruising sailing yachts. S/Y SALUTE is the most recent yacht in the successful 56m-series. Her naval architecture was optimised by Perini Navi in consultation with Ron Holland Design for ultimate sailing performance and consequently she performs better under sail than her predecessors. SALUTE’S 75 meter aluminium mast is the tallest aluminium sailing mast in the world.Her luxury interior is designed by Rémi Tessier in his third collaboration with Perini Navi. A Japanese influence has inspired Rémi's design creating a soft, luxurious minimalism throughout the yacht.SALUTE has many innovative design ideas, such as a forward seating area, which can be converted into a fully enclosed glass veranda. The unique raising and lowering glass surround protect guests from wind and spray.
